Gregory R. (Greg) Hill

Director of Technical Communications

Greg is one of the four founders of FirmWorks. Prior to starting FirmWorks in 1994, he was a senior development engineer with ROLM Corporation where, over a 19 year period, he held positions in software design, digital and analog hardware design, and manufacturing test engineering. He holds an MSEE from Stanford University and a BSEE and a BA in psychology from Lafayette College.

Greg writes most of the technical documentation for FirmWorks, and designs and teaches many of its classes. He also helps with the technical marketing of FirmWorks's products.

When he's not pushing nouns up against verbs for FirmWorks, Greg feeds his Freecell addiction, makes sawdust in his woodshop, enjoys "Prarrie Home Companion" and "Selected Shorts" on NPR or lies around trying to invent the next Pet Rock. (The closest that he has come is dehydrated water for California's earthquake kits. The cost of production would certainly be low.)
